On all commercial cases we go to at least 4 insurers each of which have varying premium structures which means we can match the best policy to meet the needs of you specific case. Our insurers are comfortable writing multi-million pound levels of indemnity. Our broking approach also helps with recoverability in that you can prove you have sought to find the lowest premium.
One-off case post-issue premiums start from as little as 27 percent of the level of indemnity. We can look at cases which are full CFA, part-CFA or which involve third party funding.
